Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your piece. If it isn't right, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service — we can't process refunds for packages lost in return transit.
How to start a return
Email us at LumiereRoyal.co@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange for a different length is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once shipped, our standard return process applies.
