Shipping
We ship across the United States. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Rates & delivery times
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 — typically 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping — $15.00 — typically 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it's placed, and don't include weekends or holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or peak periods.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded less original shipping costs.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us at LumiereRoyal.co@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Stolen packages
We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll help however we can.

We currently ship within the United States only.
